Welcome to The Carroll County Saddle Club
Our Mission is the Community and the Horse
The horse industry is a growing hobby in today's world, and the Carroll County Saddle Club wants to help the industry grow in our area. There has been a lack of knowledge support for this in the area. The saddle club wants to bring new awareness to the community and its members of the joys of horses. We have set our goals as stated below. Carroll is a growing community and we believe that interest in the horse industry is lacking in our county. The saddle club through it's efforts and loyal members will develop a strong club with the support of it community. We will bring new industry, tourism and money into the community through various shows, events and other planned venues. Please come along for the ride. With your support and donations we can bring a lot to the local community. The possibilities are endless in the growing industry.
- To advance the educational, civic, social and charitable interests of Carroll County, Iowa
- To create equine activities that will serve the interest levels of a diverse group of all ages, professional levels, and experience levels

To engage in all type of activities not prohibited by law which shall promote and foster educational, physical and social activities of its members and visitors

To provide a multi-use facility to serve members, guests, and the general public

To endeavor to promote community organizations such as the Carroll County 4-H Club, etc.

To enrich the quality of life to individuals with disabilities by promoting excellence in equine assisted activities in a program geared to enhance their physical, mental and psychological well-being

Organized and started spring of 2009. The club was organized by a few close friends that wanted to get more people involved with horses. We are just a small club looking to grow into a fun, horse and family oriented organization. We are planning a lot of fun and new things to do in the community from trail rides, to horse show, to horse clinicians to hay rides and more. Our goal is to bring younger people into the equine industry and more awareness to this growing interest in the community. Horses are becoming one of the fastest growing hobbies. So come along for the ride and lets kick our heels and have some fun!!
